Shipping
Processing takes 14-17 days and shipping takes 2-4 days. That being said once you place the order it will take roughly about 20 days to receive your package. You will receive a tracking number within 10-13 days of ordering. Please check your email INCLUDING spam/junk files before reaching out to us.
Cancelations and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In shopping with us you are agreeing to this policy. There are no cancellations returns refunds or exchanges no exceptions. If you buy the wrong size, email us within 24hours of ordering. After 24hours there are no adjustments to your order.
How To Track Your Order
Use the app AfterShip and input your tracking number. We ship all of our packages Via USPS Priority Mail.
Other
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Some items that come with boxes may have damaged or dented boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is due to shipping and is out of our control. All sizing/fit is described under each item. If you still need help choosing the right size please reach out to us. No exact eta is available. Once we send a tracking there are no updates from us it is your responsibility to track your order and contact us if abnormalities occur to your tracking. All sales final.
